Immerse Registration

Immerse 2023 is just around the corner.  Thanks for your interest in Immerse where we challenge youth and leaders to “go deeper in their faith.”  In order to register your group for Immerse 2023 (scheduled for November 3-5, 2023 at Asbury Hills Camp & Retreat Center), please complete the form below and follow the instructions to submit payment.  Please know that due to the space limitations we are unable to offer refunds for registrations UNLESS we have a waiting list for the event.  With that in mind, please only register the number that you are sure will be attending.  You will need to include all youth and adult volunteers that plan to attend.  As mentioned, we do have a capacity limit due to the lodging limits at Asbury Hills.  Space is available on a first come, first served basis, but if/when we reach that capacity we will begin a waiting list and will accomdate as many on the waiting list as possible.  Before registering, please take time to review the Immerse Leader’s Information Packet to make sure all your questions are answered.  If you have any questions, please email us at immerse@scmyp.org.
