SCMYP strives to offer events that strengthen local churches for youth ministry and offer youth opportunities to be in ministry and leadership. In an effort to offer unique and creative opportunities that accomplish this goal, we are hosting a round table discussion to consider possibilities for how we could connect youth and youth ministries in our conference with worship arts.
The SC Annual Conference has historically found various avenues for youth to be connected and in ministry through the medium of the arts. NOW IS THE TIME to consider how we can build upon this rich heritage while thinking outside of the box for creative and unique methods to make an impact upon the lives of youth and the local churches of our annual conference.
This discussion of where and how youth ministry intersects with worship arts in the SC Annual Conference will take place on Saturday, May 20 from 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M at Platt Springs UMC (3215 Platt Springs Rd.
