Welcome to the Koinonia Confirmation Retreat registration page. The total cost for attendance to Koinonia is $200 per person, which includes programming, lodging and meals (Saturday breakfast-Sunday breakfast). In order to offer you flexibility as a leader, we have created a registration process that allows your church to reserve spots for your group by completing the INITIAL REGISTRATION form and submitting a $50 per participant (Adults included). After making the initial deposit, you can return to the FINAL REGISTRATION form below and provide final numbers (again, adults included) and make your final payment that will be the total per person cost ($200) minus the deposit you made. Upon initial deposit being received, you will receive an auto-response email that will have information needed to submit the final payment. The deadline to register with a deposit and make final payment is January 20th, 2027. After that date, if you need to reduce your numbers, WE CANNOT TRANSFER the $50 deposit to other attendees. After January 20th, if you need to add additional attendees, you can do so by going to the FINAL REGISTRATION page and making payment in full for the additional spots. The final day to ADD spots is February 29, 2027.
