Coming February 26-28, 2027 . . .

Koinonia Confirmation Retreat for South Carolina United Methodist confirmation groups!

koi-noh-NEE-uh

. . . a deep, active, and sacred sharing of life among Christians and with God.

Koinonia is more than hanging out together. This Greek word — used about 20 times in the New Testament — describes the life and experience of those first Christians. They had a deep, spiritual bond with each other and with God. (Check out Acts 2:42; 1 John 1:3; Philippians 1:5; 2 Corinthians 13:14!)

The Koinonia Confirmation Retreat seeks to offer this experience to confirmands and their adult leaders, as we gather in a beautiful retreat setting  to learn, worship, serve, pray, have fun, share meals, and reflect together on God’s work in our lives, in our churches, and in the world!
