Immerse Registration

Immerse 2025 is just around the corner.  Thanks for your interest in Immerse where we challenge youth and leaders to “go deeper in their faith”.   Registration for Immerse 2025 (scheduled for November 14-16, 2025 at Asbury Hills Camp & Retreat Center) is a two step process.  The first step is to complete the form below and follow the instructions to submit payment.  Once this step is complete you will receive an email with instructions about sending specific information for all attendees on a separate form.  Please know that due to the space limitations we are unable to offer refunds for registrations UNLESS we have a waiting list for the event.  With that in mind, please only register the number that you are sure will be attending.  You will need to include all youth and adult volunteers that plan to attend.  Space is available on a first come, first served basis, but if/when we reach that capacity we will begin a waiting list and will accommodate as many on the waiting list as possible.  Before registering, please take time to review the Immerse Leader’s Information Packet to make sure all your questions are answered.  If you have any questions, please email us at immerse@scmyp.org.
